From school health services and parenting support to cooking education and breast cancer treatment assistance, VNA and its partners provide vital support to those in need throughout our community.
When you or a loved one needs extra help at home, VNA Help at Home matches you with a qualified caregiver to lend a hand with day-to-day living. We’ll work with you to develop a personalized plan of care suited for your needs, including light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication management.
Whether you need skilled nursing care following a planned surgery or an unexpected accident, physical therapy after a stroke, or help managing a chronic illness, we’re here for you every day of the year.
Under the direction of a five-member volunteer Board of Health, VNA serves as the Pottawattamie County Public Health Department to meet the public health needs for residents of Western Iowa.
When you or a loved one needs care, the last thing you want to worry about is how you’ll pay for it. At VNA, we’ll work with you to determine your specific coverage and help you access the care that’s needed.
Call us at (402) 342-5566 with any questions or needs you may have. We are proud to be the best resource for expert in-home and community care.
