Home Health Aide

Our Home Health Aide services help individuals maintain their safety and independence while helping delay or prevent the need to transition into a higher level of care, such as a skilled nursing facility.

Parenting Support

VNA offers home visitation programs for at-risk families with infants and small children, empowering them through healthcare and supportive services to overcome obstacles.

Flu and Immunization

Partnering with the Douglas County Health Department, VNA has nurses throughout the community administering COVID-19 vaccinations. Our nurses also provide flu shots at our annual flu clinics.

Home Health, Hospice & Palliative Care

As of July 1, 2021, VNA Home Health, Hospice & Palliative Care services will be provided by Amedisys Home Health of the Midlands, AseraCare Hospice, an Amedisys Company and AseraCare Palliative, an Amedisys Company. We are confident Amedisys will continue our exceptional services in Omaha and surrounding communities.
