As Vice President of Philanthropy, Lisa is responsible for fund development and strategic collaborations for VNA/ESN. She oversees grants, individual giving, and events and collaborates on marketing, public relations, and community engagement. She has over 20 years of experience in fundraising and program development at agencies such as Kids Can Community Center, Metropolitan Community College, and the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington (DC).
She received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Asian American Studies from Mount Holyoke College (MA) and has nonprofit fundraising and leadership certifications from the Univeristy of Nebraska. She graduated from NAM’s Nonprofit Executive Institute (Class 15) and Impact Silver Spring.
Lisa and her husband grew up in Omaha and have three children, Theo (toy poodle), and Mochi (cat). They recently returned home after living in Europe. Lisa loves to travel anywhere with a beach and good food, coach volleyball, and watch her kids’ sports activities.
